Beringer Aerotec Supermotard radial brake caliper machined from solid through the use of numerically controlled machines (CNC).

There are 4 titanium 32 mm diameter pistons wich are not affected by corrosion phenomena even when used in the most severe situations.

The brake pads guides are chromed to optimize the sliding and the entire brake caliper structure is made in such a way as to allow quick disassembly of the wheel without having to remove the brake caliper.

The careful and professional design ensures great structural rigidity, constant and optimal pressure on the brake pads and a braking force that remains constantly proportional to the force exerted on the brake lever.

Maximum braking power is achieved with less effort than other braking systems (16.5 Bar compared to the 20 Bar required by other braking systems).

But the most important thing is that compared to other racing systems, the control discrepancy between one braking and the next (i.e. the variation that is perceived on the brake lever) is more than 30% lower.

Why Beringer radial brake calipers improve motorbike braking

The Beringer Aerotec radial brake calipers guarantee the maximum possible performance, the available one adapts to every need of the motorbike rider.

But why do these Beringer brake calipers work better than the standard brake calipers, mounted like original equipment?

The radial brake calipers usually have 4 pistons, 2 on each side, compared to the standard axial brake calipers fitted to stock motorcycles, like original equipment.

The pistons, pressing the brake lever and creating pressure in the braking circuit, move outwards, pushing the brake pads that rest on the brake disc with a force proportional to that applied on the brake lever.

Not only does the quantity of pistons help to improve braking, their size also improves the performance of the brake caliper, consequently the greater the diameter of the pistons, the greater the thrust of the brake pads on the brake discs
Finally, there are two other factors to keep in mind to improve the performance of a brake caliper. The dispersion of heat, aided by aluminum or titanium pistons that dissipate heat better than steel, and the rigidity of the caliper structure, which is slightly deformed when subjected to strong pressure.
The calipers with a rigid body do not waste energy, increasing the braking of the bike. But Beringer products do not think only of performance, the aesthetic details of the Beringer calipers are highly accurate, the anodizing, painting and finishing are at the highest levels.
