The stop sensor for radial pump is used to activate the stop light on the radial pumps.
It fits like a brake screw by screwing it to fix the brake pipe to the brake pump.
When replacing the brake or clutch pump the stop switch is not always applicable, the hydrostop solves this problem by allowing you to use the motorcycle on the road by activating the stop; this product works in a simple way by converting the pressure exerted inside the brake system into an electrical signal.
By pressing the lever, the sensor sends an electrical signal to the control unit making the stop light come on.
Our hydrostop stop sensors are compatible with front radial brake pumps, rear brake pumps with rear footboards, radial clutch pumps, brake pumps without switch stop or clutch pumps to allow starting even with the gear engaged.
It is installed in place of a screw present in the brake circuit (normally on the brake pump) connecting the two wires to the existing plant.
There are 4 variants of hydrostop.
- Short (1 pipe) M10, pitch 1, suitable for Accossato and Brembo radial pumps
- Long (2 pipes) M10, pitch 1, suitable for Accossato and Brembo radial pumps with direct brake hoses
- Short (1 pipe) M10, 1.25 pitch, suitable for Nissin or Braking radial pumps
- Long (2 pipes) M10, 1.25 pitch, suitable for Nissin or Braking radial pumps with direct brake hoses
The double pipe version differs from the single pipe version in that it is possible to connect two pipes instead of one (for example on "direct" systems).
The M10 x 1.25 version is normally used on Japanese brake pumps while the version M10 x 1 is used on motorcycles or Italian brake pumps.
